Shipping Policy

Processing Time

I’m a one-woman show, and every handmade item is created, packed, and shipped with love. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Tea towels: Ready to ship in 1–2 days.
  • Other handmade items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
  • Custom orders: Processing time depends on the project—I’ll keep you updated along the way!

💛 Life Happens Disclaimer: While I do my best to stay on schedule, I’m also a mom, and sometimes life throws a curveball (family emergencies, illness, or the occasional chaos of everyday life). If there’s ever a delay beyond my usual processing time, I’ll reach out and keep you updated!

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders ship via USPS or UPS—whichever gets your goodies to you the safest and quickest.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Need a rush order? Reach out before checkout, and I’ll see if I can work some magic (but no promises!).

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping fairies (a.k.a. USPS or UPS). That means:

  • If tracking shows your package is still in transit, please be patient—shipping delays happen.
  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but is nowhere to be found, check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first.
  • If your package is truly lost, reach out to me, and we’ll figure out the next steps together!

Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for stolen packages, but I highly recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

International Shipping

At this time, I only ship within the United States. (Sorry, international friends! Maybe one day!)

Eco-Friendly Packaging

I’m working toward eco-conscious shipping solutions, so you may receive your order in biodegradable mailers, upcycled materials, or packaging I already have on hand. I do my best to make sure everything is secure while keeping waste to a minimum.
